Our approach You tell us about your venue. We adapt our tools, not the other way round.

Our mission

To make advanced, evolving and customisable digital interpretation tools accessible, and to keep them simple to use.

Our principle

LudoVisio™ starts from 2 proven foundations, a visual guide that recognises artworks and a studio for educational game trails, and adjusts them to your venue, your teams and your audiences.

If your project goes further, we build it to measure.

How we work

  1. Listen

You describe your venue, your audiences and your constraints. One single contact: the person who builds your app.

  2. Script

We write the storyline of the visit, trail or game with you, starting from your content.

  3. Simplify

We spot the tasks that take up your time and lighten them in the back office.

  4. Support

We train your teams and stay by your side at launch, so that neither they nor your visitors, whatever their age, feel lost.

And now, welcome to our world To show you what our tools can do, we created our own visual world: a journey through time, from prehistory to the present day, which guides you through the LudoVisio™ offer.

−17 000 This is where the journey begins.

This page changes era as you scroll down: painted cave wall, papyrus, Greek vase, carved marble, mosaic, stained glass, manuscript, poster, modernist grid, today’s landscape.

Your venues tell the story of all these eras. So do our apps.

Six constants, whatever the project

Guide, Play or Custom: every app rests on the same foundations.

  • PWA

A web app that opens from the phone’s browser.

  • Self-service back office

You manage your content yourself, with no day-to-day reliance on a contractor.

  • Multilingual

Content is available in several languages.

  • AI-generated voices

Translations and audio files are produced from the back office.

  • Customisable

Name, logo, colour scheme and images: the app carries your identity.

  • Dedicated deployment

Your own instance, hosted for your project, which can evolve if you have specific needs.

The right level of technology, without the weight

Between the QR code, which is too basic, and heavier immersive setups, LudoVisio™ aims for a balance: more interactivity, without tipping into a complex or costly project.

Fast deployment, n. A few days rather than several months. A reusable, proven technical foundation.

Autonomy, n. Simple back office, content management and usage statistics. You stay autonomous day to day (content, statistics, etc.).

Useful AI, n. Multilingual voices generated from the back office with an open-source engine. And, if your project calls for it, more scripted audio with ambience, sound effects and mixing can be produced (on quote).

LudoVisio™ Play

What the player experiences along a trail

LudoVisio™ Play turns discovery into a scripted game trail, indoors and outdoors.

  1. Move forward

The player follows the trail from stage to stage, guided by the story.

  2. Solve

At each stage, a challenge: multiple choice, word puzzle, jigsaw, spot the difference, memory games.

  3. Score points

Each success earns points, and the score follows the player to the finish.

On screen: a stage of the Aigues-Mortes trail. Visual world created by Autrement Com.

LudoVisio™ Guide

What the visitor experiences in front of a work

LudoVisio™ Guide recognises the work from the image and any visible text, then opens its entry.

  1. Point

The visitor points their phone at the work or its label.

  2. Recognise

The Guide identifies the work and signals it on screen.

  3. Listen, look, play

The entry opens: description, images, audio in the visitor’s language, mini-quiz.

Personal data

This website requires no account and shows no advertising. It measures its traffic with Matomo, an open-source tool installed on our own server (analytics.ludovisio.fr): pages and sections viewed, where the visit came from, type of device and browser. These statistics are used solely to improve the website; they are not passed on to any third party. In addition, the contact form sends us, by email, the information you enter in it (name, email, phone number if you give it, message). It is used solely to reply to you and is not passed on to anyone else. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to audience measurement, by writing to contact@ludovisio.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

To tell visits apart, Matomo places audience-measurement cookies in your browser, with names beginning with “_pk_”, kept for 13 months at most. They are not used for advertising and do not follow you on other websites. You can refuse or delete them from your browser settings, with no effect on your visit. Your two preferences, language and sound, are also kept in your browser (local storage) for your next visit; they are not sent to us.
